    To become a facilitator, simply click on the "Apply to facilitate" button located at the top right corner of the website, or on the link at the bottom of our website. Fill in the required information and submit the form. You will get our feedback through email.
  • Can I customize the content and layout of my course?
    Yes, you can customize the content and layout of your course. Go to the dashboard to Online programs. Navigate to the course that you want to make changes or click on " Create New" to add a new course. Within the course creation process, you'll have options to add text, videos, images, quizzes, and assignments. You can also rearrange the order of modules and lessons to suit your preferences.
  • How do I manage enrolled learners in my course?
    As a facilitator, you can manage enrolled learners by accessing the course dashboard. From there, you can view a list of enrolled learners, track their progress, communicate with them, and provide feedback on assignments or quizzes.
  • Can I set deadlines for assignments or quizzes?
    Yes, you can set deadlines for assignments or quizzes within your course. When creating an assignment or quiz, you'll have the option to specify a due date and time. Learners will be notified of these deadlines and reminded to complete their work on time.
  • How can I review course analytics and student performance?
    To review course analytics and student performance, access the analytics dashboard. You'll find data on enrollment numbers, completion rates, quiz scores, and more. This helps you identify areas for improvement and adjust your teaching approach.
  • How do I sign up for an account?
    To sign up for an account, simply click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the website. Fill in the required information such as your name, email address, and preferred password, then click "Sign Up" . Alternatively, you can sign up using Google.
  • How can I enroll in a course?
    After logging into your account, browse through the available courses on the Program's page and click on the one you're interested in. You'll find a "Join" button on the course page. Click on it to enroll in the course. To be granted access, You need to select and pay for the package related to the specific course. Go to "Pricing" page where you will find the price of the package and instructions on how to complete your payment.
  • How do I access my enrolled courses?
    Once logged in, you can access your enrolled courses by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner of the website. From the dropdown menu, select "My Courses" to view a list of courses you're enrolled in. Alternatively, You can access it from the "Programs" page.
  • What should I do if I forget my password?
    If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you reset instructions.
  • How do I monitor my progress in a course?
    To monitor your progress in a course, go to the course page. You'll see a progress bar showing your completion status. You can also view your quiz and assignment scores.
  • Who can sign up to use Africa Is Learning?
    Anyone with an internet connection and electronic device like a smartphone can create an account on our website to start learning!
